6. Confidentiality & Privilege

All communications between you and our firm are confidential and protected by attorney-client privilege under Kenyan law. We will NOT disclose any information without your written consent, except as required by law or court order.

7. Professional Responsibility

Otieno Justus & Co Advocates is licensed and regulated by the Law Society of Kenya.

We comply with:

  • • Constitution of Kenya, 2010
  • • Kenyan Advocates Act Cap 16
  • • Criminal Procedure Code

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be governed by Kenyan laws and resolved through:

  4. 4. Litigation - Kenyan courts as last resort
